Return Policy

1. Overview

At Kneshag Technologies, every order is packed and dispatched with care. In the rare case a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this policy explains exactly how to raise a return so it can be verified and processed quickly.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

You must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is sealed/closed to the moment it is fully opened and the product is shown, and send this video to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

This video is required for any return, replacement, or damage/defect claim to be considered. Requests made without a valid unboxing video, or made after the 24-hour window has passed, will not be accepted.

3. Video Requirements

To be accepted as valid proof, your unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded in a single, continuous take — no cuts, edits, or pauses.
  • Start before the parcel is opened, clearly showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and any outer damage (if present).
  • Clearly show the parcel being opened and the product being removed and unwrapped.
  • Clearly show the product condition, all accessories/components, and any damage, missing parts, or mismatch with what was ordered.
  • Be in good lighting and resolution, with the product and its labels/serial number clearly visible.

4. What Qualifies for a Return

A return, replacement, or refund will be considered only if the unboxing video clearly supports one of the reasons above, submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

5. What Does Not Qualify

Products that have been installed, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse after delivery are not eligible for return. Since we sell products from various third-party brands, any issue that falls under the manufacturer's warranty terms (rather than a delivery/transit issue) will be directed to the respective brand's service support.

6. Return Process

  1. Record the unboxing video as described in Section 3, from the moment the parcel arrives.
  2. Send the video along with your Order ID to +91 89505 47989 within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  3. Our team will review the video and verify the issue against the criteria in Section 4.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions, along with the next steps for a replacement or refund.
  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, your replacement will be dispatched or your refund will be processed.

7. Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Replacements are subject to stock availability; if the product is out of stock, a full refund will be offered instead.
