We ship security cameras, DVR/NVR units, and accessories across India through our trusted courier partners. Every order is packed carefully and dispatched from our own warehouse once payment is confirmed.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

These timelines are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden or additional shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the courier's tracking ID via email/SMS, which you can use to track your parcel directly on the courier partner's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
- Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If a parcel is undeliverable after repeated attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse, and re-shipping charges may apply.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery wherever possible.
7. Receiving Your Parcel
Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel and check the product immediately upon delivery. This is required if you need to raise a damage, defect, or wrong-item claim — see our Return Policy for the full requirements and time window.
8. Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities, strikes, courier network issues, regional lockdowns, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
